Mary-Lynn has been a big contributor in the community, specifically with the BC Cancer Foundation, Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children and Victoria Hospice. In addition, Mary-Lynn served on the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Island Technology Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors for MAGNET Global, an international association of independently owned advertising agencies. She also serves on the Board of Advisors of Daily Splice, a podcast aggregator, and has been a mentor with the MBA Program at the University of Victoria for many years.

Peleg Top is co-founder of Marketing Mentor, a consulting and coaching firm helping creative firm owners and entrepreneurs with learning the tools needed to market their services, land ideal client accounts, grow their business, and help them create a work/life balance that works for them.
Peleg's roots begin in the design industry where he founded Top Design, a boutique design and marketing firm that specialized in music industry clients first and evolved to focus on nonprofit and cause marketing clients. For over 15 years Peleg grew Top Design from a one person studio working from his spare bedroom to successful 6 person firm with a large network of independent freelancers as a strong support system. Top Design soon became one of Los Angeles's most successful and well-known design and branding firms. Top's clients included City of Hope, AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Tiger Woods Foundation and the corporate philanthropy division for Toyota Motors, USA.
Peleg is known for his pricing strategies, business practices and marketing expertise. He specializes in supporting creative business owners on how to promote and grow their business while leading a well-balanced and happy life. He brings over 18 years of business development and management experience into his coaching practice and helps his clients learn more about pricing, marketing, client relations, proposals, contracts, communication and team-building.
Peleg is a frequent speaker at national business and design conferences. He teaches workshops and seminars and is the co-creator of the Creative Freelancer Conference. He is the co-author of Designer's Guide to Marketing and Pricing (HOW Books) and Design for Special Events (Rockport Publishers).
