TIMEFOX MAKES THE DIFFERENCE FOR SPARK
SPARK provides design, marketing and advertising
solutions, including corporate branding and identity,
print design, sales and marketing support, product
marketing, web site design and maintenance, and
other e-Business solutions – to an expanding
business community.
As SPARK's business grew, it became clear that their systems
and processes needed to do the same. Managing and
recording billable hours had become increasingly difficult

"When we started out, we used paper logs to track

They found that many freeware applications were quick to
learn, but were far less robust than TimeFox. Other programs
offered more features and reporting mechanisms, but were
far less user-friendly – and in many cases required some level
of reorganization on SPARK's part to fit their business to an

Says Hanle,"The physical effort of loading a business into any
management system is normally a long and tedious process,
since it requires an incredible level of detail. However, setting
up TimeFox was surprisingly easy. It took very little time to
physically load all the necessary data and even less time to
correct any errors made in the process. And TimeFox was
able to accommodate our unique billing situation – unlike
many of the other applications."
