HOW TARTAN PR USED WEB-BASED TIMESHEETS
TO FINE-TUNE THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES
Tartan Public Relations set up shop just after
the millennium. Its three founding partners had
years of experience in the business, and lots of
enthusiasm for the work they wanted to do.
After just a few months though, they realized they
faced some big challenges. They had lots of interesting
work, a growing list of happy clients and a close and
supportive partnership.
"But when we looked at the business carefully," said
Deirdre Campbell, partner at Tartan, "we saw that many

We were really glad we could test the system out
before we subscribed," Campbell commented, "We had

use a lot of contract workers, and wanted to be sure

And it does. Tartan PR was able to set up the system
for their company, show everyone how to use it, and
be fully operational within 2 days, without any specialized
training or expensive seminars.

BUT DID TIMEFOX MEET THE

"Now we know exactly how much time each project
takes, so our billing is accurate. And our estimates are
more accurate too, so we're making more money on
the projects we do. It's made a real difference to have
complete historical information on past projects to
base new estimates on."

administrative assistant.
