Josephmark Creative is a growing Australian company that provides design, promotion and distribution of business ideas. Josephmark's previous process for recording time and expense information against specific client projects involved individual manual entry timesheets. It also required the time of an accounting person to collate timesheet week to week and summarize information for pre-invoicing. The only way to gain additional reporting information was to review individual timesheets and manually collate the data – a "laborious, painful task", according to Adam Capelin.
As a web-based system, TimeFox allows staff to enter time and expenses anytime, from any location. If a team member fails to track their time, TimeFox can provide daily reminders. Managers can instantly access reports that track time and expenses by personnel, by project and by time period. Josephmark's painful manual system has been replaced by an affordable, simple system that provides many more benefits without wasting valuable company resources.

Maintaining TimeFox is also simple; it's done concurrently with any active project.
