Frequently Asked Questions about Purchasing
What is your per-user price? TimeFox provides full features to all subscribers. Included in your annual or monthly subscription is access to time and job cost entry, client, project and personnel reports as well as controlled access to features and custom options. Our base subscription cost for TimeFox Classic is $35 per month (includes one user) plus $5 per month for each additional user. Our base subscription cost for TimeFox Premier is $50 per month (includes one user) plus $10 per month for each additional user. Annual subscriptions are also available and include a 10% cost savings. See our purchase page to calculate your price, based on your number of users and use our 'price check' for a quick comparison in your own currency. All transactions will be billed in US dollars. What forms of payment do you except? FunctionFox accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Purchase orders. Do I have to pay sales tax on FunctionFox products? It depends on where you live. If you are a US or International resident, you do not pay any sales tax. If you are a Canadian resident, you must pay GST and if you are a resident of British Columbia, you must pay both PST and GST. How do I renew my subscription? If you already have an existing active account with us, you may renew your subscription by entering in your payment info within TimeFox. Simply go to Setup > Profile and near the bottom of the page, click on the "Payment Info" button to update your information. Once the information has been updated, your transaction will be processed and an email receipt and confirmation of the credit card transaction will be sent to the email address provided. How do I update or change my credit card information? If you have a credit card on file with us, you may update that information from within TimeFox. Simply go to Setup > Profile and near the bottom of the page, click on the "Payment Info" button to update your information. How do I purchase extra users for my account? You may add extra users to your account within TimeFox from the Setup > Personnel page. Extra users on TimeFox Classic are $5 US per person, per month.
