What is TimeFox? TimeFox is a web-based time management application that allows employees of small companies to record time and billing information over the web. Reports are created and produced on demand - no downloads or installing of software or updates. TimeFox is the only online time management system designed to maximize office efficiency, reduce the number of "lost" hours and improve the bottom line for smaller companies. Who should use TimeFox? TimeFox has been designed to meet the needs of small to mid sized businesses. Why would I use a web-based application for timesheets? Anyone can enter time, wherever they are. Once it has been entered, it's immediately available to anyone else in the organization that needs it. Up-to-the-minute information about company resources is constantly available, so tracking time and job costs and accurate billing is easier and less time consuming. What is your per-user price? Our base subscription cost for TimeFox Classic is $35 per month (includes one user) plus $5 per month for each additional user. Our base subscription cost for TimeFox Premier is $50 per month (includes one user) plus $10 per month for each additional user. See Purchase for more pricing information. I've noticed that some TimeFox pages have a "Search" feature. What does it do? Our "Search" feature helps you find the precise information you need. You can find a specific date, job, client, person, supplier, waybill number or job cost item quickly and easily. Can the information I enter in TimeFox be transferred to other applications? All reports from TimeFox can be exported as Excel spreadsheets. These files can then be imported into most third party applications. Do I have to pay sales tax on FunctionFox products? It depends where you live. If you are a US resident, you do not pay any sales tax. If you are a Canadian resident, you must pay GST and if you are a resident of British Columbia, you must pay both PST and the GST (for further information, please see the Consumer Tax Branch Information Bulletin). |
