Account Manager

You will be responsible for:
Your primary focus will be on new business development. As part of an established team, your duties will include:
- Outbound cold calling to qualified lists of prospects.
- Responding to incoming sales inquiries, customer emails and information requests.
- Qualification of potential prospects that match our ideal customer profile.
- Advancing prospects through sales gateways (Demo, Trial, Customer).
- Carrying out demonstrations and walking customers through set up and use of our Internet Application (When you're ready!).
- Keeping accurate customer records using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Providing ongoing excellent service and support to your prospects.
- Identifying new market opportunities and providing ongoing feedback about, and refinement to our CRM plan.
- Closing Sales!

Intermediate Developer (ASP.NET & SQL)

Your primary focus will be on development. As part of an established team, your duties will include:
- Support and develop web based applications
- Work collaboratively and independently to develop required technical solutions
- Provide additional technical and IT support to existing team
- Work with Senior developers to maintain infrastructures, databases and existing technology
Essential Skills:
- ASP.NET (VB, C# or J#)
- SQL / T-SQL (SQL Server)
- HTML / CSS
- JavaScript / VBScript
Desirable Skills:
- XML / XSL
- PHP (or other server script flavors)

- Other DB Query Languages (Oracle, MySQL, DB2, etc.)
